I started Kick Tactics outdoor boot camp to add something new and different to my normal exercise routine for a month.

Every boot camp session is different, and promotes both cardio and strength work - from circuit training in the morning sun to (occasionally) doing push ups in the rain (not unlike real bootcamp!).
I recommend Kick Tactics Boot Camp to anybody who wishes to get fit and have fun in a different way. Its addictive - this is my 5th month and counting!.
When I first went to boot camp in March 2010 I wasn’t expecting it to become such an important part of my week. Getting up early three morning a week isn’t easy but now almost a year later it has become an integral part of my day.
The Kicktactics trainers are really professional and responsive keeping each session interesting. They are always challenging and encouraging me to improve my fitness. I get so much out of each class. Most of all I really like being able to spend the time in the park rather than indoors and there are always nice people in the group. It is a fun, rewarding and convenient way to exercise..
Since joining Kick Tactics boot camp at Sydney Park, I have achieved many personal goals and consistently get fitter and stronger each week. I have also lost 7kgs!
